The team behind WAGMI Labs have built everything that is currently available on WAGMI. Everything from the platform with Swaps, Earn, Borrow and Liquidity, the WAGMI API, the WAGMI X profile with almost 30k followers, the WAGMI newsletter on Substack with almost 40k subscribers, and more.

This funding proposal is for WAGMI Labs to continue to develop, maintain, and grow WAGMI to the benefit of all $WAGMI token holders

Development

WAGMI Labs will continue to develop features and maintain the platform, the WAGMI API, the API and eventually a mobile app. The mobile app needs an organisation to publish on Apple’s App Store and Google’s Play Store, and for that WAGMI Labs is perfectly positioned.

Some features that Labs are looking to build next:

• Buybacks: Write contract and/or automatic job to buyback $WAGMI tokens from fees generated on the platform and send to the Reserve
• Advanced Liquidity: For users to provide liquidity in pools using Custom Concentrated Liquidity (CCL) and Dynamic Concentrated Liquidity (DCL) strategies
• Borrow $WAGMI and/or $WAGMI-$USDC LP tokens as collateral: Create a Morpho vault where $WAGMI is the collateral asset to borrow $USDC so holders never have to sell their $WAGMI but can borrow against
• Strategies: Allow users to submit their own swap, borrow, earn and other forms of strategies to grow their portfolios to share with other users (and perhaps earn a small fee from it)
• API and SDK: Get all sorts of platforms to integrate WAGMI for advanced Swaps, Earn, Borrow and Liquidity features
• Privacy: Similar to confidential NEAR intents, we want WAGMI users to be able to swap, earn, borrow and provide liquidity privately
• Card: Start looking into a path where WAGMI users can get a debit card without KYC solution

Marketing and Sales

Besides developing and maintaining the WAGMI services, WAGMI Labs will also run marketing, including:

• X posts and comments on the daily
• Newsletter on Substack announcing larger features and updates
• Participate and represent WAGMI at events and meetups
• Integrate WAGMI into external wallets and other platforms that can use our Swap, Earn, Borrow and Liquidity features

Budget

To continue development, marketing and sales, the budget we are proposing:

• Monthly payment: 30M $WAGMI tokens
• Period: 6 months from 1-Oct-26 to 1-Apr-27 (after which a new proposal is put forth)

With the Reserve expected to start out with 604M $WAGMI tokens, the total cost for this proposal is less than 10% of the Reserve holdings. On top there will be buybacks flowing to the Reserve

WAGMI Labs commits to never sell $WAGMI in the market and only OTC to avoid dumping in the market.
